Section 1 - Quotations

1. All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry.

2. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

3. Any variation to the agreed scope of works may result in a revised quotation.

4. Quotations are subject to a site survey where required.

 

Section 2 - Scope of Works

1. The quotation includes only the works specifically listed within the written quotation. 

2. Any additional works requested after acceptance of the quotation will be treated as a variation and charged separately.

3. Hidden defects or unforeseen issues (including but not limited to structural issues, unsafe pipework, electrical faults, asbestos, water damage, or non-compliant previous installations) may require additional work and costs.

 

Section 3 - Pricing & Payment

1. A deposit may be required prior to commencement of works.

2. Stage payments may be agreed depending on project size.

3. Final payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

 

Section 4 - Materials

1. Where materials are supplied by the customer, Urbex Projects accepts no responsibility for defects, delays, or compatibility issues.

2. Material costs may vary due to supplier price changes prior to acceptance of the quotation.

3. All materials supplied by Urbex Projects remain the property of the company until paid in full.

 

Section 5 - Access & Delays

1. The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

2. Delays caused by restricted access, third parties, or customer-supplied materials may result in additional charges.

3. Estimated timescales are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

 

Section 6 - Cancellations

1. If works are cancelled after acceptance of the quotation, Urbex Projects reserves the right to charge for:

• Materials ordered

• Labour scheduled

• Administrative costs.

2. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

 

Section 7 - Guarantees & Warranties

1. Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied where applicable.

2. Labour workmanship is guaranteed for a period stated within your quotation or invoice.

3. Guarantees do not cover misuse, accidental damage, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.

 

Section 8 - Liability

1. Urbex Projects shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

2. Liability is limited to the value of the works carried out.

Section 9 - Acceptance

1. Acceptance of the quotation (via email, signed document, or payment of deposit) confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
